Kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes, internal doors and external aluminium or timber joinery - we do the lot. To make life easy for you, we also manage the entire project from concept design to installation.
Having been around for over 25 years, we know our stuff. We began creating bespoke native timber furniture before branching out to cover all facets of joinery. Today, we’re most widely known for creating dream kitchens.
Based in Te Awamutu, our exceptional and charismatic team of experts are approachable and professional with loads of personality and creativity.
Plus, we’re the sole providers of Altherm in the Waikato - NZ’s largest high-end window solutions organisation.

CLEAR CUT HEAD SHOTS
Stuart (Boris) Walker Bought the business from his once business partner back in 2004, back then it was a small business of 6 staff. He has worked in and on the business over the years and prides himself on his passion to teach his team quality craftmanship.
Leroy Ward was one of the 6 staff that learned and trained under Boris, working his way up the ranks as a Timber Joiner, then promoted to General Manager and now is a Co-Director with Boris. Leroy’s passion for growth pushes the boundaries and see’s results with his sheer determination to succeed, the sky shows no limits!
Adam Fursdon the manager of the timber department was also one of the 6 staff that trained under Boris as a joiner, working his way to Management. Adam has been part of the team for 14 years now and is an integral member of the company.
Jo Comins - Kitchen Designer

Recently, I have qualified in the National Certificate for Kitchen and Bathroom Design, I look to start the Diploma for Kitchen and Bathroom Design this year (2019) and hope to graduate by the end of 2020.
Similarly, my previous qualifications were in Building Construction and Architectural Draughting. Following on from this I found a passion for colour and texture working as the Colour Consultant at Guthrie Bowron, Te Awamutu, I loved it so much I purchased the well know Award-winning NZ franchise for 13 years.
I love to work alongside my clients to achieve their dream kitchen whatever their budget, whilst keeping the kitchen functional and practical. My style as a kitchen designer is clean lines and 'simplicity'. However, I acknowledge and appreciate various styles that complement the era characteristics of the houses, and personal sentiments of customer requests. I strongly believe that every kitchen is a personal statement that reflects the individuality of our customers.
Ambers Bio
I have been a part of the Aluminium office team at NT Joinery since 2018 and have an extensive background in customer service and I'm passionate about building a rapport with our customers.
My role includes sales and estimating and I enjoy working with clients to help them with all of their inquiries from the initial contact, pricing their quote and having a consult to go over the details of their joinery.
Outside of work I like to spend time with family and friends, staying active by playing netball, running and going to the beach but also a homebody who loves horror movies and Mexican food.

My name is Steph, I am the Administrator here at NT Joinery.
I have a background in travel and tourism, however in 2016 found my love for administration. I have been a part of the NT joinery team since 2018.
Here at NT Joinery I am the bubbly voice on the phone when you call, or the face you will see when you walk in the door.
I am a cheerful person who outside of work, enjoys spending time with family and friends.

I have been lucky enough to be a part of NT Joinery since January 2017. I work in the aluminium joinery sales and estimating team. I can help you with any questions you may have when it comes to Altherm aluminium joinery. I love providing great customer service for our customers and I believe 110% in our awesome products. When I’m not at work I am kept on my toes by my busy family life and seemingly never-ending renovations. I love spending time with family and friends, playing netball and I make a mean omelette!
